ADVERTISING CONDITIONS

Advertising is accepted on the condition that, in the event of typographical error, that portion of the advertising space occupied by the erroneous item together with reasonable allowance for signature will not be charged for, but the balance of the advertisement will be paid for at the applicable rate. In the event of a typographical error, advertising goods or services at a wrong price, goods or services may not be sold. Advertising is merely an offer to sell, and may be withdrawn at any time. The Dauphin Herald reserves the right to delete any words or phrases deemed by The Dauphin Herald to be objectionable, or refuse to publish any advertisement. The Dauphin Herald shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any advertiser or third party resulting from any error or omission in any advertisement which is published. Publisher reserves the right to cancel any advertisement at any time. Advertisers are responsible to check their ads. Claims for adjustment are limited to errors appearing in the first insertion only.

• 400 words $90 and 20 cents for each additional word over 400 words. Plus $8.00 for each picture.
• Add Funeral Home Logo: $8.00
• Color pictures are $25.00

Copies of Obituaries are as follows:

• 1 copy- $5.00 each
• 2-10 copies- $2.50 each
• Over 10 copies- $1.00 each
