Opaskwayak Cree Nation held its first annual Spirit of Excellence Awards last Monday at the Kikiwak Inn. A supper was held, followed by presentations. Over 48 OCN members were bestowed with awards and were selected by a committee to receive the honour. There were nine award categories created for the Spirit of Excellence.
