Fines coming for driving on closed roads

Manitoba has introduced legislation where those found on a closed highway can be fined $2,000 to $5,000. This is being proposed in order to keep our first responders safe so we don’t have to respond to accidents due to the weather. Check out this week’s RCMP report for more info.
