RDCF has more cash to give away

The Roblin District Community Foundation has even more cash to give away this year.Thanks to the legacy of a mild-mannered shrewd accountant by the name of Thomas Sill whose philanthropy has been benefitting Manitobans since 1986. Read the rest of the story in this week’s Review.
