Patrick LaMontagne, an editorial cartoonist whose work appears in the Roblin Review and in newspapers across Canada, has been awarded third place in the 26th World Press Freedom Canada International Editorial Cartoon Contest.
The contest is organized by World Press Freedom Canada, a national organization that advocates for press freedom.
