Once again, thanks to the efforts of our colleagues, neighbours and friends, the community celebrated the impressive ethnic diversity of our area with our 2026 Culturama. This year’s theme was Journey to Home. In preparation for the event, residents of the area who hail from Austria, Germany, Egypt, Maritius, Mexico, Morocco, India, Philippines, Scotland, Ireland and Ukraine along with Metis, Waywayseecappo Treaty Four and Gambler First Nation spent weeks preparing the cuisine of their nations to share with all of us.
