Over the last 52 years, Florence Ziprick has been known as the Bag Lady, then the Cookie Lady and finally, the Bun Lady.
To some, she was just ‘that nice lady who does sewing’. But the problem was, there were two Florence Ziprick’s who lived just two doors apart... causing a wee bit of confusion at times.
At the age of 92, ‘that lady who does sewing’ is packing up her sewing machine. Not that she wants to - as her customers have kept her so young at heart and happy - but arthritis now makes threading the sewing machine needle impossible.
