At the annual general meeting held April 16 via webcast conference, Fusion Credit Union announced a $1.26 million return to members in the form of patronage allocations and cash pay-outs to select members.

The Manitoba government has selected municipalities in the Parkland region of Manitoba to receive up to $2.7 million through the Manitoba Growth, Renewal and Opportunities (Manitoba GRO) program.
The funding was announced April 15 by municipal and northern relations minister Glen Simard.

Roblin RCMP received a report on April 6 of a person calling 911 numerous times regarding a family custody issue. Members talked to person on the phone to tell them to call their lawyer, but person continued to call 911.
Members attended and tried to explain again the abuse of 911, person indicated they will continue to call 911. Person was arrested and put in cells for the night.

The third annual Roblin Nursery School & School Age Program was able to take place April 4 to 5 at Goose Lake High (a snow storm postponed it from the original March 28 to 29 weekend).

Council has transferred a surplus from the Doctor Recruitment and Retention funds to the Health Care Reserve according to a resolution passed on Dec. 30, 2024. The transfer was approved at its regular March 25 meeting.
A total of $65,300 in unspent funds from 2024 were transferred to the Health Care Reserve.
